Emerson prides itself as manufacturers of plate and round bar flanges in various materials including but not limited to stainless steel, mild steel, S355JR, boiler plate, and other exotic materials.
Emerson provides a service to the industry by manufacturing flanges from plate and roundbar in grades 304L; 316L; 3CR12; 904L; SAF2205; SAF2507; 310, Polyprop, Nylon, S355JR, 430A and GR70.
We can manufacture standard flanges according to: BS4504, ANSI B16.5 ASA, BS10, EN1092 and SABS1123.
We also manufacture as per customer’s requirements and specification, and can produce flanges from 15mm NB to 900mm NB in house
We offer a cut-to-size service in all the above materials.
Our company has a staff of 15 people. 4 Office staff, and 10 workshop staff and our driver.
We have 2 CNC drills, 6 CNC lathes, 6 manual lathes, 4 manual drills, 5 plasmas, and a forklift.
All material used is fully certified and is supplied complete with test certificates. All flanges are hard stamped on the perimeter indicating size specification, grade, and heat number.
